Retro ReBOOT - Skimmer: A Sims 4 CC Dress

Greetings everyone, how have you been?

For The Sims Resource's Retro ReBOOT Collab, I really wanted to make some 60s mod dresses, but only had time to make one, so I combined some features of different dresses that were in fashion. So this is a simple collar dress that skims the body and hovers above the knee.
